Extreme cases involve an excision of 5 pounds or more. Typically breast reduction surgery is done under intra Venus sedation or General Anesthesia. In some cases, breast reduction can be accomplished under local anesthesia.

After diagnosis you must make decisions about your treatment. This is done by the help
of your specialist and even from fellow cancer survivors. Treatments are available for every
type and stage of cancer. Experimental treatments are also available at cancer treatment
centers. Before treatment your doctor will take many different factors into account when
deciding how to treat you.
Some of the factors to be considered are
* Whether you have had your menopause
* The type of cancer you have
* The size of your tumor
* The stage of your cancer
* The grade of your cancer cells
* The results of tests on your cancer cells
* Your general health
Stages of treatment include:

This operation saves as much of your as possible by removing only the lump
plus a surrounding area of normal tissue.
Partial or segmental mastectomy-

tissue around the tumor and the lining of the chest muscles that lie beneath it.
Simple mastectomy-
During a simple mastectomy, your surgeon removes all your tissue the
lobules, ducts, fatty tissue and skin, including the nipple and areola.
Modified radical mastectomy-
The surgeon removes your entire breast, including the overlying
skin, and some underarm lymph nodes
Axillary lymph node dissection -

Breast milk can be stored in special freezer bags designed for breast milk or any hard plastic or glass container.Yes but it is best to cool in the refrigerator first. If you add pumped milk to already frozen milk it can cause the frozen breast milk to thaw and refreeze. The other problem with adding fresh breast milk to frozen breast milk is that you will have to use it by the date on the already frozen milk. It makes it harder to keep track of how old your breast milk is.
