Breast enhancement pills do really work. But buyer beware! They do not all work – not by any stretch of the imagination. Not only that, but there are many that may actually produce undesirable side effects, and even with the ones that do work and enlarge your breasts, there are some general lifestyle guidelines you need to adhere to in order to get maximum results out of one of these products. Sometimes the manufacturers of breast enhancement pills neglect to tell you that you must adhere to certain lifestyle guidelines in order for their formula to take effect and actually induce additional breast growth after your body’s natural mechanisms have “shut off” the breast growth cycle.

Most women develop breast pain at some stage in life. In most cases the pain develops in the days just before a period. In some cases the pain is not related to periods. The pain is often mild but in some women it is more severe and can affect quality of life. Treatment options include painkillers and topical (rub-on) anti-inflammatory drugs. pain (mastalgia) is very common, affecting women of all ages at some time in their lives.

Breast pain is a common problem in younger women who are still having their periods (menstrual cycle). It is less common in older women. The pain can be in one or in both. It may come and go each month, or it may last for several weeks, or even months, and then just go away. Breast pain occurs more frequently in younger, premenopausal women, although women who are postmenopausal can experience breast pain, too.

About one in 10 women experiences moderate to severe breast pain more than five days a month. In some cases, women have severe pain that lasts throughout their entire menstrual cycles. This can have a major impact on daily activities, such as work, family relations and sexual relationships.

Having breast pain does not increase your risk of cancer, but it is still important to be aware and go back to your GP if you notice any other changes. Breast pain (mastalgia) is the most common related complaint among women; nearly 70% of women experience pain at some point in their lives. Breast pain may occur in one or both breasts or in the underarm (axilla) region of the body. The severity of pain varies from woman to woman; approximately 15% of women require treatment. Though pain is not normally associated with cancer, women who experience any abnormalities, including pain, should consult their physicians.

Between ages 41 - 58, there may be a small bit of non-bloody leakage from the nipples of both breasts. This leakage is usually due to hormonal changes and is not worrisome. However, if the fluid is leaking from only one nipple, is a new discharge, or is bloody, there are several tests that can be done to discover what is causing it.

Ask your doctor for a professional opinion on your next steps. However, for women with severe and unbearable pain or pain that is unilateral it is recommended that a GP is sought for further evaluation.

Boys and men have tissue. If a male has tissue that is visible, this is called gynecomastia. As a normal part of development, adolescent boys can have some swelling and tenderness. Like tenderness in women, this is due to hormonal changes. Although breast pain can cause a lot of anxiety in women who fear that their pain may be due to cancer, breast pain is NOT usually an early symptom of cancer.

Cyclic breast pain usually occurs in both breasts and involves the entire breast, particularly the upper, outer portions, extending into the underarm area. With cyclic breast pain, you may feel tenderness, swelling or lumpiness in addition to the pain.

Women often describe this type of pain as dull, heavy or aching. It tends to be most intense during the week or two before your period and to ease up afterward. Cyclic pain is the most common type of breast pain, accounting for about two-thirds of cases.
